Our NDIS Disability Support Services
As a registered NDIS disability service provider, we deliver a wide range of flexible support services that can be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our skilled and dedicated team provides personalised NDIS supports, assisting with everything from accommodation and daily living to personal care and ongoing support.
Tracheostomy Management
Expert care for airway management, including suctioning, cleaning, and emergency procedures, performed by our trained nursing staff.
Enteral Feeding & Management
Safe administration and management of Naso-Gastric, Jejunum, and Duodenum tube feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Urinary Catheter Management
Proficient management of Indwelling, In-Out, and Suprapubic catheters to maintain hygiene and prevent complications.
Ventilator Management
Continuous monitoring and management of ventilators by skilled practitioners to ensure respiratory stability and client safety.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a form of assistance that provides help with daily tasks, aimed at allowing you to live as independently as possible.
In-Home Support
In-Home Support relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Our Short Term Accommodation services offer a home away from home. Meet new friends, try new things and recharge. Under the NDIS, STA replaces what used to be called respite.
Community Access
Community Access support under the NDIS is all about giving you the chance to tick off that list. Living a full life is about getting out and about, meeting people, and trying new things.
Community Nursing

Who can qualify for NDIS Plan/Funding?
To qualify for a NDIS plan, you need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident under 65, with a permanent and significant disability affecting your daily activities. You’ll need to provide evidence of your disability and how it impacts your life. The application process includes an assessment to understand your needs and determine your eligibility.
